Sleep 
Such a wasted way
To spend the night
Such beauty all around
The moon so bright
A million Stars give light
Or no stars at all
So hard to sleep
When night is calling me
A soft breeze caressing me
Offering to soothe away
My rough day
Why face the harsh day light
Melting beneath the sun
Anger all around
When the moon comes out
And invites me to play
Always it's been calling
Telling me it's where I belong
Of the night
One with the night
Peaceful and beautiful
Calling me home
No need to deny the call
It's where I belong.

You sit on your ass
Shouting your beliefs
Judging those around you
Claiming you just want to help
Guide them to the light
See the error of their ways

You're following your calling

Responsibility you declare
To save the world
To deliver from evil
Caiming to care
Trying to save their soul
From the inferno depths of hell

Yours is the only way

Perfect all would be
No troubles would they have
If the Devil would let ‘em be
Never fault is theirs to bare
It's easier to blame
To use others to gain

The Devil made you do it

Only stating your opinion you say
I see you for who you are
Self righteous and condescending
Sitting high in judgment
A hypocrite hiding behind a pulpit
Ripping others to shreds

My heart breaks
as I feel the hard
cold and heartless
look consume my face
Tears wish they
had the freedom
to fall like rain
in a tempest outrage
Words ache to
mend and heal
but are silenced
with gritted teeth
Too many times
have the empty
promises of change
been uttered in Vain
Silence answers
the pleading to listen
when my arms ache
to embrace you
No answer
no more
words spoken in anger
it has to stop
Only lies
your eyes do betray
that you are
Not Sincere
I try to reach you
to just love you
To show you
But you refuse
My pain so great
I'd lay down
my life for yours
never a second thought
Words cannot
Penetrate your
Selfish heart
love is not enough
You hate me
you say as
I throw you
a lifeline
My heart breaks
as I prepare
for the task
this war I must win.
Whatever it takes
I will prevail
you are my reason
my child my love

A candle with eternal flame

I've dreamed of magic always
Knew that it was real
Hidden deep inside of me
Preserved within my heart
Safely guarded by my soul
